PHAST CIC and The UK Faculty of Public Health jointly sponsored the LGC Health and Social Care Award 2016 to recognise the good work being undertaken by local government throughout the UK to promote health and reduce inequalities.
The award was presented by Dr Catherine Brogan and Professor John Ashton to the team from Hertford County Council for their impressive work in reducing hospital admissions and improving the quality of care.
The event on the 16th March 2016 was a celebration of the excellent work local government is doing across the UK.
